Job Description:
We are looking for a Content Moderator proficient in both English and Arabic to join our team at Wipro. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. You should have strong analytical skills and be able to spot problematic content, including explicit, abusive, and harmful material, with a strong psychological fortitude to handle such content for extended hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content in both English and Arabic.
- Spot and identify content related to adult, sexual, abusive, hate speech, illegal acts, violence, death, or tragedy in videos.
- Ensure high-quality moderation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently and effectively on long shifts, reviewing sensitive content with psychological resilience.
- Adapt to flexible work hours, including 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Maintain a high standard of communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with reviewing sensitive content, including adult, violent, and disturbing materials.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 weekly offs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Academic certificates and employment documents required (if experienced).
