Role Overview:
We are currently inviting applications for the position of Process Associate in Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers with various product-related inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement in operations and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customers based on available resources and within company policies.
- Replicate customer issues and report bugs or suggestions for improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Provide technical assistance related to domains, hosting, SSL, email, site backups, and other relevant products.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Continuously upskill to enhance your knowledge and provide improved support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products to customers based on their needs and business requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline (Preference for B.Tech or other tech/non-tech degrees with computer courses/certifications).
- Excellent voice communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Open to freshers.
- Knowledge of email clients and basic internet technologies (websites, domains, hosting, security, browsers, etc.).
- Prior experience in customer support and basic technical skills, including sales techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong probing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle complex queries.
- Proficiency in written English and neutral English accent.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
