Overview:
Gameberry Labs is looking for a motivated and passionate Player Support Specialist to join our team, managing the player experience for Ludo STAR and Parchisi STAR. In this role, you will lead the strategy for player support, ensuring our players have a top-tier experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and define the Player Support strategy for the company.
- Respond promptly to player queries, complaints, and requests through email, tickets, and Play Store/ App Store reviews.
- Handle Club moderation according to established processes.
- Set up efficient processes and build a high-performing support team to deliver exceptional player experiences.
- Establish goals and monitor key performance metrics to ensure high service levels and player satisfaction.
- Analyze game issues and advocate for improvements by collaborating with the development team.
- Mentor and coach support agents, helping them adapt and grow with the evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supervising and leading customer care teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action.
- Familiarity with best practices in customer support and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and any regional language.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Ability to analyze support data and drive decisions based on findings.
