Role Overview:

AlterDomus is hiring an AML/KYC Officer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to learn. As an AML/KYC Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing investor documentation, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations, and supporting the team in mitigating risk.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate professional email etiquette and effective communication skills.
  • Attend and complete all assigned training sessions to stay up-to-date.
  • Participate in internal team calls and discussions.
  • Process and index inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Take ownership of tasks, prioritize assignments, and ensure timely completion.
  • Adhere to company policies and governance standards to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in minimizing risks and errors within the department.
  • Maintain strong communication regarding timelines and expectations.
  • Support third parties (Investors, Advisors, Clients, Bankers) when required.
  • Review investor documentation, including subscription agreements and transfer agreements, and provide comments.
  • Organize and maintain investor and KYC documentation within internal systems.
  • Promptly escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of KYC requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Perform screenings on investors and related parties, ensuring validity.
