Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement Deloitte’s global policies on Personal Independence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Service Lines Risk Leads and interact with independence team members in Australia and EDC.
- Perform Personal Independence audits/reviews as per audit guidelines and within set timelines.
- Select samples from different service lines/divisions for audits, communicate with auditees, and collect necessary documents/approvals.
- Conduct secondary market research using internal and external databases and financial tools.
- Interact confidently with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and Australian counterparts to discuss audit findings.
- Maintain trackers, update spreadsheets, file work documents, create reports, and advise corrective actions.
- Prepare analysis reports and present findings to managers and directors.
- Seek guidance from senior staff for work revisions and ensure quality results.
