ICE is hiring for the position of Data Analyst I - Systems Operations in Hyderabad. The role involves monitoring systems and applications within the ICE Data Services business, analyzing incidents, and performing regular deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor systems and applications in the ICE Data Services business.
Analyze and resolve incidents within set timelines.
Perform system deployments during regular maintenance windows.
Collaborate with Development & QA teams on root cause analysis.
Assist with troubleshooting issues in both Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
Requirements:
IT-based University degree (Freshers with 0-3 years of experience in IT systems support or application/database operations).
Proficiency in Bash (Linux scripting) and familiarity with Linux and Windows core utilities/applications.
Knowledge of networking, specifically TCP and UDP.
Willingness to work shifts and be available after hours to resolve issues.
Strong business English communication skills (verbal and written).
High level of general IT skills, including proficiency in email and MS Office applications.
Logical thinking, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and non-IT teams.
Ability to maintain effective team relationships and motivate others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Self-confident, assertive, and capable of working under pressure in critical situations.
