Education Requirements University Degree
-1-3 years experience in customer-facing processes including chat and voice interaction
- Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools
- Fluent English, good verbal communication, clear pronunciation
- Excellent business awareness, teamwork, adaptability and time management skills
- Telephone or chat-based support to resolve customer/supplier inquiries
- Adherence to regular contact center metrics defined for the process. For example: First Contact Resolution Rate, Average Handling Time, Average Speed of Response, etc. and other relevant items.
- Support and coach new team members
We also have openings in other languages such as Spanish, French and Chinese.
