Job Description 


This role will include tasks such as social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics and digital marketing strategy. You will play a key role in driving  online presence and growth through various marketing activities. 


We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager/Digital Marketing and Growth Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts. This role requires hands-on  experience in performance marketing, SEO and social media implementation with a strategic mindset to optimize online presence and increase customer loyalty. 


Key Responsibilities:  


Performance Marketing: 


- Develop, implement and manage performance marketing campaigns across all channels (PPC, display advertising, retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.  


SEO Strategy: 


- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to develop content strategy and SEO initiatives. 


- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines to improve organic  rankings and traffic. 


- Work with web developers and content creators to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented. 


 Social Media Management: 


- Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora) to increase brand awareness and community engagement. 


• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategy and promote user-generated content.  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and improve engagement metrics. 


 Content Development: 


- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with  audiences, including articles, videos, and graphics. 


- Ensure all content is SEO optimized and adheres to brand guidelines. 


- Customer Loyalty: 


- Leverage data-driven insights to improve customer experience and enhance  user experience on digital platforms. 


- Develop customer retention strategies leveraging email marketing, personalized messaging, and loyalty programs.  • Analytics and Reporting: 


- Track performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Media Insights) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 


- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. 


- Budget Management: 


- Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation  to maximize effectiveness. 


- Track spending and performance against budget goals and adjust strategies as needed. 


- Collaboration and Leadership: 


- Work with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to align marketing activities with business goals. Mentor  junior marketing staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 


 Qualifications: 


 Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or  related field. Master's degree preferred. 


 Experience: 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing with  focus on performance marketing, SEO, social media, CMS, CRM (ideally in healthcare or cosmetics field). 


 Skills: 


Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools. 


Good knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Moz, etc.). • Knowledge of various CMS and CRM platforms or ability to quickly learn system knowledge. 


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 


- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 


- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 


 Preferred Attributes: 


- Must have proven track record of  digital marketing campaigns with measurable results. • Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors in the beauty space will be an advantage. 


What we offer: 


- Fixed CTC of 9 - 18 Lakhs per annum depending on experience and qualifications. Additional performance linked variable  incentives.
