Job Description:

We are looking for passionate candidates to join our International Technical Support Voice Process team at Tech Mahindra. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and technical expertise to provide international customer service and technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide international customer service through voice support.
  • Offer technical support to customers on various issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills while addressing customer queries.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (Freshers welcome)
  • Experience: 6+ months in an international voice process (preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical knowledge on ISP, router, modem, and networking concepts
  • Inbound calling experience is preferred, though freshers with strong communication skills will be considered
  • Prior experience in Technical Support (preferable, but not mandatory)

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts
  • Perks: Both-side cabs (depending on hiring zone)
  • Location: Work from Office (Bahadurpally, Hyderabad)
