Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interpret features on satellite and aerial imagery with attention to detail and understanding.
- Digitize and update vector map layers.
- Conduct QA and QC on Map layers (Vector and Raster).
- Ensure high accuracy and make informed decisions on each case.
- Follow all compliance and security protocols related to client data.
- Meet or exceed monthly/annual quality and productivity targets.
- Adhere to process guidelines and structure.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly flexible and willing to adapt to business needs.
- Willing to work in flexible shifts.
- Good to Have: Experience or knowledge of GIS, Mapping tools.
- Good to Have: A degree, certification, or courses in Geospatial Technology.
- Strong image and map data/layer interpretation skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in digitizing and updating vector map layers.
- Basic understanding of maps, navigation tools, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Remote Sensing and GIS technology is an advantage.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to understand client procedures and products.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent listening and articulation skills.
- Ability to respond clearly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while promoting the customer’s image.
- Collaborative team player to improve service delivery for both internal and external clients.
- Excellent organizational and stress management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and suggest process improvements.
