Job Description
- Understands execution and daily production goals.
- Reviews and updates SOPs as required. Occasionally assists management with tasks, trains employees, and ensures compliance with SOPs.
- Processes incoming work requests within standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Exerts independent judgment and direction. - Conduct regular audits of employees to ensure their commitment and adherence to labor standards.
- Support shift managers in executing shifts.
- Ability to work flexibly as per company requirements including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
