Job Title :Customer Service Associate (CSA): 


 The  Customer Service Associate (CSA) Non-Voice role includes: 


-Support and resolve technical issues via email and other means of electronic communication 


 -Build trust with customers by verbally understanding their problems 

 

 -Actively understand his needs and respond quickly to resolve the issue 


- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions for the customer's individual needs 


- Use your experience to provide feedback to your team  to improve customer service 


- Facilitate communication with customers during important events 

 

-Essential Functions: 


- Commitment to providing excellent customer service 

 

-Receive emails and chats to collect and verify the necessary information and respond as best as possible to resolve customer issues 

 

-Demonstrate empathy and patience towards customers 

 

-Demonstrate enthusiasm as a self-starter who is excited to learn new technologies every day 


 Inform customers and leave appropriate notes in the system detailing -what action has been or needs to be taken. 

 

-Ensure policies and procedures are followed 


 -Be familiar with the system to investigate information  and provide the correct information  to customers. 

 

-Learn and maintain thorough  knowledge of all existing and new processes and procedures 


 -Achieve assigned performance indicators. B. Call handling time, quality, CSAT and DSAT 


 -Attend team meetings/additional training  as scheduled 


 Perform other duties as assigned 


Critical Abilities: 


-Above average verbal and written communication skills ability to speak accurately and use correct grammar and good pronunciation 

 

-Ability to listen carefully and  use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to their specific needs 

 

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and changing environment 

 

-Ability to organize and track multiple tasks/details accurately and in a timely manner 

 

 -Computer literate 

 

-Ability to comply with all organizational policies and procedures 

Able to work a variety of shifts including day, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays 

 

-Ability to perform basic mathematical functions 

Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from different backgrounds 


Education/Work Experience and Requirements: 


 -Must  pass  background check 

 

-Plus 2 is a must College degree is a plus 


 Minimum 6 months customer service experience or equivalent experience required 

 

-Experience in the gaming/tech support industry is a plus
