Key Responsibilities:-

• Ensure quality standards are maintained by implementing solutions.
• Process content based on defined guidelines.
• Identify trends and patterns, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Enhance user support through proactive solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Work in a 24-hour schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends, to manage sensitive and potentially disturbing content, such as graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, hate speech, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:-

• Graduate (excluding law graduates).
• Must have completed the first semester of studies.
• Strong proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts.
