💼 Responsibilities
As an R2R Associate, you will be responsible for handling core accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your daily tasks will include:
- Preparing cash reconciliations and posting monthly journal entries
- Managing month-end closing activities within deadlines
- Performing account reconciliations as per company procedures
- Maintaining master data such as General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA)
- Handling customer queries related to financial data
- Generating periodic and ad-hoc reports for clients
- Performing quality checks to ensure error-free work
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring compliance with financial controls and policies
- Tracking month-end close (MEC) activities and maintaining reports
This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong accounting knowledge.
🎓 Eligibility

- Qualification:
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is preferred
- M.Com or MBA in Finance is an added advantage
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in R2R or general accounting

- Willingness to work in US shifts (no day shift available)
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
