Amazon India Development Center is offering an exciting work-from-home opportunity for the role of MHLS Associate (L3). This is a full-time contractual position for a duration of 12 months, where selected candidates will be directly on Amazon's payroll. The position is open to candidates residing in the following states: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, and West Bengal.

Team Overview – MyHR Live Support (MHLS):
The HR Services division of Amazon includes multiple functions such as HR Operations, Compliance, Leave of Absence and Accommodations (LOAA), Onboarding, Payroll, and Internal Transfers. MHLS (MyHR Live Support) is a key component of HR Services, offering real-time HR assistance to Amazon employees across North America.
As an MHLS Associate, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and the broader HR community, handling HR-related inquiries via phone and chat. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth employee experience by delivering timely, accurate, and personalized HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats from Amazon employees concerning HR policies and queries.
Log cases into the case management system and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Address questions related to benefits, attendance, payroll deductions, and more.
Follow standard operating procedures while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Use judgment and critical thinking to resolve unique employee concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
Meet performance metrics related to case handling and service delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0 to 10 years of experience in an international voice process.
Strong willingness to handle calls and work in a helpdesk/contact center setting.
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and professional email communication.
Adherence to call and email etiquette in professional interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR help desk or HR shared services.
Familiarity with tools such as PeoplePortal or case management systems.
Previous exposure to handling sensitive HR matters or policy interpretation.
Work Schedule & Shift Details:
This is a 24x7 shift environment with rotational shifts that change every 3–4 months.
The role follows a 5-day work week with two consecutive rotational days off, which also change periodically.
No domestic relocation assistance will be provided for this role.
