Job Responsibilities:
As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-generated content, including profiles, audio, videos, and text. You will investigate, escalate, and resolve content issues that have been reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, exposure to potentially objectionable content (such as graphic, violent, or sexual content) may occur. This may also involve exposure to flashing lights or contrasting light patterns.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of online communities by reviewing and moderating content according to client guidelines. This includes identifying and flagging content that violates terms of service in a timely manner. The role may involve engaging with sensitive topics while maintaining objectivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using designated tools and channels.
Stay updated on evolving client policies and guidelines.
Investigate and resolve complex content issues, collaborating with the broader Trust & Safety team.
Advocate for the user community and maintain a safe digital environment.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of work.
Engage in continuous training programs to ensure optimal development.
Maintain emotional resilience and coping skills to manage exposure to sensitive content.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Exhibit strong attention to detail and critical thinking in decision-making processes.
Monitor content and context from various sources, synthesizing information to make sound judgments.
