Customer Care Representative: International Non-Voice Process 


Handling customer queries and troubles. 


Location Noida Sector-135

Graduates/Students are also welcome to apply. 


 Only experienced candidates can apply for the position. Experienced candidates should have at least 6 months  experience in the BPO field with valid documents. h. Offer letter, termination/experience letter and last 3 months pay slip. 


 Excellent English skills and good communication skills are required. **Candidates whose speech includes MTI  and undergoing training will not be considered. 


Work Schedule: 


 5 working days  with rotating shifts and 2 days of rotating holiday. 


 Working hours are 9 hours (including 1 hour break). 


 For the first 3 months, no special holidays will be considered except for weekly holidays. 


Fee and Benefits Salary Level 29,000 CTC Taxi will be provided for both parties if  current location is within the employment zone.  Role: Chat Support
