Important Note: Only candidates with the following system configuration should apply for this job - Required 


1.  Laptop with Intel Core i3 (or) i5 (or) i7 (or) i9 processor, 8GB RAM or more and Windows 10 (or) 11 OS required – Required 


2.  Broadband Fiber Optic Internet connection required – Internet speed  30 Mbps or more – Required 


3. Must be fluent in TAMIL language – Required 


Important Instructions: 


1. Government laptops are not allowed 


2. Mobile internet is not allowed 


Activity type: Customer support Voice process Inbound 


Shifts: Rotating shifts and rotating weekly off 


Working days: 6 days a week 


Working hours: 9 hours login (8 hours productivity + 1 hour break) 


Language requirements: Basic knowledge of Tamil and English 


Qualifications: +12/Any degree 


Age criteria: 35 years and below 


Salary for entry level: 11,000  per month 


 Salary for experienced professionals: 13,000  per month (net)
