Role & Responsibilities: As an AI Content Writer, you will be responsible for reviewing machine and human generated demonstrations to generate preference data for training purposes. The tasks are well defined but in both cases a high degree of judgment is required. The candidate will work closely with the support team to review policies, propose updates to those policies, and participate in team coordination to adhere to Amazon's Responsible AI policies and ensure the highest quality data generation while promoting trust. You will also be involved in other process improvement, SOP, and policy development efforts, digging deep into data to gain insights as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Work on clearly defined use cases, but use a high level of judgment to craft preferred data. Work autonomously and maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is our most important principle.
Act as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in researching, generating factually and grammatically correct answers, ranking answers, crafting grammatically correct text, and annotating images and videos.
Ability to make sound judgment and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information while performing tasks. Ability to have an eye for detail and move from one requirement to another instantly. Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and suggest solutions to improve the quality of labeling tasks and their results.
