Join Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers and be part of a team driving automation and ensuring operational excellence. This team plays a critical role in supporting Amazon's internal fulfillment technologies by enabling real-time and offline data auditing services. One of the main responsibilities of the team is to maintain inventory accuracy within fulfillment centers.
As an Associate in this role, you will watch videos of the stowing process at fulfillment centers, analyze the content, and use your judgment combined with available tools and resources to identify and mark product locations. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining stow quality and inventory accuracy within the centers. This operational role requires high accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Watch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses based on accuracy (quality), speed (productivity), and acceptable practices.
Perform precise video/image audits to help reduce defects and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a dedicated workspace with proper lighting and equipment if working from home.
Ensure that no work-related data is accessed by anyone other than you while working from home.
Meet goals for quality, productivity, and adherence to work guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
Willingness to work in a non-technical, contract role for 6 months.
Ability to audit images/videos and identify details from blurry or unclear footage.
Focused and attentive to screen details, ensuring high-quality responses.
Willingness to meet incremental quality and productivity targets.
Fast-paced implementation with consistent performance.
Ability to work rotational shifts (including night shifts) and be a strong team player.
Be prepared to work from the office occasionally (if working remotely).
Willingness to participate in virtual meetings with the laptop camera on.
Work Environment:
Associates will work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts (9-hour shifts including pre-scheduled breaks). Shift schedules may change every 3-4 months or based on business needs. Night shift allowance will be provided per Amazon’s policy.
Weekly offs will be rotational (two consecutive days off), and weekends may not always be off depending on business needs.
About the Team: The Data Auditing Operations team supports Amazon Fulfillment Centers by performing human audits on visual data (images/videos) to ensure hands-free stowing accuracy. These audits help maintain stow quality and contribute to improving automated processes.
Basic Qualifications:
